SHIPPING POLICY

 Thank you for visiting and shopping at autumnscents.com. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

 

SHIPPING PROCESS TIME

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

SHIPPING / DELIVERY

We are responsible for your new purchase until it reaches the Post Office. Following that, ownership of packages turned over to USPS transfers to YOU--the buyer. We are NOT responsible for lost, held, stolen or damaged packages, mis-delivery errors via carrier or incorrect shipping issues. Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS in addition to your order from us so any shipping issues must be handled by USPS. In the event that your shipment is lost or damaged in transit YOU are responsible to file a claim with USPS. You will not be refunded for the purchase from us if USPS loses the package.

We are NOT responsible for shipments sent to Forwarding Services or Companies. If an order is placed and your shipping address is a forwarding address, YOU are responsible for contacting your forwarding service to locate your shipment.

 If your package is returned to us, you are responsible to contact us with the correct address to be shipped back to at your expense.

 Please double check to make sure the address is correct before placing an order.

 

SHIPPING TO PO BOXES OR APO/FPO ADDRESSES

 Autumnscents.com ships to all addresses within the US as well as select Countries.

 

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

 You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

DAMAGES

 Autumn Scents is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

RETURNS

No Returns - All Sales are Final. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will get it resolved.
